Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, the three countries with the shortest working day, presents the greatest productivity per hour worked, according to IESE-ADECCO that analyzes the labour market of 7 European countries.
Although Spanish workers spend more hours at work than their European neighbours, efficiency obtained per hour worked is shamelessly smaller 
Gossip with colleagues, surf the Internet, coffee breaks, send emails to family/friends, smoking a cigarette? may waste up to 25% of the working day.
