I went to this gig and it was outstanding - as good as I've ever seen. Fantastic energy, euphoric, great sound and effects. I thought they'd be great live but the exceeded my expectations. Alexandra Palace is inaccessible but it has a cavernous, slightly-warehouse feel to it which made it a perfect fit for Arcade Fire's big sound. What a load of tosh!
