This is what I am obtaining (http://youtube.com/signup_copa) every time I try to sign up a new user at youtube…
I’ve checked everything, age (+18), email address, user is available, postcode from uk… May be I am not good enough for them!

I have the same experience as you have. I also dont know why i cant register on you tube. Even though I filled up all the requirements it is asking, still its giving an invalid.

I was having this problem too at least for awhile. Even though everything was correct. Well I decided to clear my browser’s cache and cookies. Then I tried it again and it went through properly.

I had the same problem on Windows 2000 with Internet Explorer 6.0 so I tried it on a completely different computer where I haven’t used YouTube and it worked!
So that probably means that some old internet cache/cookies/files are causing the problem, like ’sailorhogwarts’ mentioned.

Apparently, it is a cookie triggered by entering a birthday which gives “too young” an age. It’s moronic by YouTube IMHO, that they can’t say so in the message themselves. I know what they’re trying to do - it’s just not the right way to do it. Anyone who knows how to use Google will know in two seconds anyway.

Was finally able to sign up for a youtube membership after emptying the ever-so-dastardly cache/internet history thing based on your advice here.

SOLUTION
Delete your browser’s cookies and then try again. This time make sure that the date filed is correct (you have to be at least 13 to use youtube).

I think it is best if u go on another computer and i am going to try that as well. If that doesn’t work then ask a Microsoft computer trainer (if you know one) because they should know all about computers. Well if my first answer don’t work then i will try my secoud one because my uncle is a trainer. If i don’t work then sorry

You just need to delete one cookie, search for youtube on cookies and delete the one that has something with the AGE. It adds the cookie when you first try to sign up with less than 18 years old, it keeps it there to prevent kids from just changing the year of birth and continue with registration i guess.

hiiiiii please read this one carrefully coz i had the same probleme but the solution is so eazy so use internet explorer and delete cockies and every thing if you dont know how follow this

star –> cmd –> you ll got a small windows write on it : %temp% –> click enter
it ll open a file then select all files and delete but please before do it close all windows so i hope that ll help you

This happens several times to me, I found out it is a cookie that has been put on your computer (this is part of YouTubes cencoring plan). To register just delete your cokies
Tools>> Internet Options>> Delete Cookies
You should sign up just fine
