my wordpress blog was hacked with an iframe tag

I’m really sorry if you are having problems visiting my blog, but yesterday my blog was hacked with an iframe tag:
Wa%&£ers! Fu&£ers! Bas*#@ds!
What I did to fix it? I delegate the trouble to the techy guy from my office, if you are coming to my site looking for a solution because it also happened to you, I am very sorry, or not

Might you be a victim of a spyware try installing spyware blockers to prevent hackers
