I really don’t know where the hell or how I listened this song the other day (I think for first time), but has been running through my head non-stop… I’ve done a bit of research and finally found it in youtube… not hard, there were two options: Blur or a “black and white” video from someone called Chris Farlowe, who happened was born in the same neighborhood where I live.

Now I’ve post it I guess I’m in peace with him and the song will be removed from my head and I can keep working… Just in case, I’m going to play Bob Marley’s songs in my Spotify…

Yesterday I went to the Notting Hill Carnival with a few good friends, we had a couple of beers at The Westbourne and the DJ was playing mainly songs from the 80’s so nothing to complain about, everything cool apart of the English weather that leave us a heavy rain at midday and I almost get a cold because of the wet clothes.
One point in the afternoon the DJ played Kiss by Prince, and we talked about its video, which I just watched the other day in a program called “Greatest 80’s songs” at Viva. Not everyone in the conversation had seen it, so I’ve decided to post it.

When building this post I looked for Prince Videos in Youtube and original songs are blocked because he doesn’t want his music to be shared this way. I think is a shame artists like him don’t want to evolve with new technologies, but as always in internet, closing one door only means someone else will open a window.

Boots… that’s what I’m going have to start wearing very soon, but not to walk over you as Nancy Sinatra wants to do, I’ll need them if want to be able to walk under London’s f**g rain… for god’s sake!, is still August in England or did I get a sunstroke while in Spain and I’m now a bit dumber?

At least it’s Friday and maybe because of the weather, has been a productive week at Frucomedia. Have a nice weekend fellows! Pilun, if you read this (I doubt it), you too…

I’m back and I have to say I had a wonderful vacation. Hope you are well too,

Besides having a few relaxing days in Agüero (Huesca), getting a bit of tan on the beaches of Salou and partying hard in Pag (Croatia), I had even time to discover a Catalan band I didn’t know yet: Mishima

You can have good days, bad days or what we call in Spanish “dumb days:, or as I read the other day I do not remember where and made me laugh out loud (LOL, I think is the first time I used this abbreviation on this blog): some days are dumb but you will find a dumb every day

As I know that I’m starting vacation very soon, I can say I’m not focus enough on my stuff and I have quite forgotten my blog, feeds/usual readings and inspirational sources; maybe it’s because my mind is on vacation already, I don’t know but to be honest, I like the feeling of knowing that I’m leaving having duties so I’ll be busy once I’m back. Do not worry I’m saying that, I’m going to enjoy 100% my holidays, you can bet on it.

So until I leave, I will keep working and listening to good music, like this:
